the idea behind ray work is to create a light, sculptural swivel chair, whose entire structure, including the armrests, is part of the movement mechanics. the special thing about it is the entire structure, including the armrests, which acts like a spring and supports the synchronous mechanism. everything depends on each other. like the human body, where muscles, tendons and skeleton work perfectly together.
